End-User License Agreement (EULA)
This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“User”) and Kittap.App (the “Company”) governing your use of the Kittap.App mobile and web application (the “App”). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer rights to the App
- Use the App in ways that infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws
- Remove or alter proprietary notices, trademarks, or labels
3. User Accounts & Security
- You must provide accurate account information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- You must report unauthorized account use to support@kittap.app immediately
4. User-Generated Content & Community Guidelines
- Content must not be illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or abusive
- Automated filters and moderators review flagged content within 24 hours
- Harassment and hate speech result in account suspension or termination
- You retain ownership of content you create, but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the App and related services
5. Live Streaming to YouTube
When you connect a YouTube account to broadcast from Kittap.App, you:
- Authorize Kittap.App to create live broadcasts, stream media, and read/send chat messages on your behalf
- Remain fully responsible for all content you broadcast, including compliance with YouTube's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
- May revoke access at any time via Google Account permissions
6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
- Monthly or annual premium subscriptions are available
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- Cancellation is managed through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings
- No refunds are issued for unused portions except as required by law
7. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including all related intellectual property, remain with the Company or its licensors.
9. Termination
The Company may terminate this Agreement and your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this Agreement or misuse of the service.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dublin, Ireland.
13. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes update the “Last updated” date, and your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
