Kittap.App Support
Kittap.App is operated by Kita Platform LTD. This page explains how to reach us and what to send so that we can help you.
1. Contact us
- Email: hello@kitaplatform.com
- In the app: tap the gear icon at the top of the home screen and choose Support. This opens our support profile, where you can tap the envelope icon to send us a message.
2. What to include in your request
- The email address or the username of your Kittap.App account.
- Your device model, its operating system version and the version of the app, if you know them.
- What happened, what you expected to happen and the steps that lead to the problem.
- Screenshots or a screen recording, if they help to show the problem.
- For a purchase or subscription problem: the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt and the date of the purchase.
- For a problem with a story, a chapter, a comment or a message: its title or a link to it.
Never send us your password or your payment card details.
3. Reporting content or users
Use the Report option in the app to report a profile, a chapter, a message or other content that breaks our rules. You can also email us; please include a link or a screenshot.
4. Subscriptions
- Subscriptions bought in the app are billed through the App Store or Google Play. To cancel a subscription or turn off auto-renewal, use the subscription settings of your Apple ID or your Google Play account.
- Deleting the app or your Kittap.App account does not cancel a subscription.
5. Deleting your account
- In the app: open your profile from the top of the home screen, tap the account settings icon at the top to open Edit Profile, open the menu (the three dots at the top), then choose Manage Account > Delete Account Page and follow the steps.
- Without the app: email hello@kitaplatform.com from the email address of your account and ask us to delete the account.
- If you have a subscription, cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Kittap.App Destek
Kittap.App, Kita Platform LTD tarafından işletilir. Bu sayfa, bize nasıl ulaşabileceğinizi ve size yardımcı olabilmemiz için neleri göndermeniz gerektiğini açıklar.
1. Bize ulaşın
- E-posta: hello@kitaplatform.com
- Uygulamada: ana ekranın üst kısmındaki dişli simgesine dokunun ve Desteğe Yaz’ı seçin. Destek profilimiz açılır; zarf simgesine dokunarak bize mesaj gönderebilirsiniz.
2. Talebinize neler eklemelisiniz
- Kittap.App hesabınızın e-posta adresi veya kullanıcı adı.
- Biliyorsanız cihazınızın modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü ve uygulamanın sürümü.
- Ne olduğu, ne olmasını beklediğiniz ve sorunun ortaya çıktığı adımlar.
- Sorunu göstermeye yardımcı olacaksa ekran görüntüleri veya ekran kaydı.
- Satın alma veya abonelik sorunlarında: App Store veya Google Play makbuzunuzdaki sipariş numarası ve satın alma tarihi.
- Bir hikâye, bölüm, yorum veya mesajla ilgili sorunlarda: başlığı veya bağlantısı.
Şifrenizi veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi bize asla göndermeyin.
3. İçerik veya kullanıcı bildirme
Kurallarımızı ihlal eden bir profili, bölümü, mesajı veya başka bir içeriği bildirmek için uygulamadaki raporlama seçeneğini kullanın. Bize e-posta da gönderebilirsiniz; lütfen bir bağlantı veya ekran görüntüsü ekleyin.
4. Abonelikler
- Uygulamada satın alınan abonelikler App Store veya Google Play üzerinden faturalandırılır. Bir aboneliği iptal etmek veya otomatik yenilemeyi kapatmak için Apple Kimliğinizin veya Google Play hesabınızın abonelik ayarlarını kullanın.
- Uygulamayı veya Kittap.App hesabınızı silmek aboneliğinizi iptal etmez.
5. Hesabınızı silme
- Uygulamada: ana ekranın üst kısmından profilinizi açın, Profili Düzenle sayfasını açmak için üstteki hesap ayarları simgesine dokunun, üstteki menüyü (üç nokta) açın, ardından Hesabı Yönet > Hesap Silme Sayfası’nı seçin ve adımları izleyin.
- Uygulama olmadan: hesabınıza kayıtlı e-posta adresinden hello@kitaplatform.com adresine yazarak hesabınızın silinmesini isteyin.
- Aboneliğiniz varsa önce App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarınızdan iptal edin.
